GigaMat Technologies, Inc. started in California in 2002. Our headquarters are in Fremont, California.

History

We've been designing and making polishers in Silicon Valley since the 1970s.

Support

We support customers worldwide with installations in the USA, Europe, Taiwan, China, Korea, Singapore, India, and more. Our polishers work with many materials including SiC, silicon, lithium niobate, sapphire, quartz, and GaAs. GigaMat polishers are built tough - they last longer and can handle more demanding work than most other polishers on the market. We're proud to be a US manufacturing company - "Made In USA."

  • Cassette-to-cassette, Dry in/Wet out systems

  • Our automated integrated systems include CMP polishers, mount stations, demount stations, wafer presses, carrier cleaners, and robotic handling systems

Special Options:

1. Polish both sides: Automatically flip wafers to polish the other side

2. Integrated post-polishing: Works with third-party Megasonic and cleaning systems
